1. Do you offer a grace period for lateness?
Yes, I offer a 10-minute grace period. If you arrive within this window, your session will continue as scheduled, but time will not be extended. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, a late fee may be applied, or your session may be rescheduled at my discretion.
2. Do you offer reschedules?
Yes, reschedules are allowed with at least a 48-hour notice. Reschedules requested within 48 hours of the session may require a rescheduling fee. In case of bad weather for outdoor shoots, I will work with you to find a new date that works best.
3. How long is the session?
Session lengths vary based on the package you select. Standard sessions are typically 30 minutes to 1 hour. For longer sessions or customized shoots, we will discuss the timing during booking.
4. What do I need to bring or provide in terms of props?
Props are optional but can enhance your session! If you have specific items in mind (e.g., signs, flowers, outfits, or themed accessories), please bring them along. I may have a selection of props available, but availability is limited.
5. Am I allowed to bring a plus one?
Yes, you may bring up to 3 guests for support, such as a friend or family member. However, please ensure they do not interfere with the session or distract from the shoot.
6. How long is your turnaround time?
Turnaround time for edited photos is typically 7-14 business days. Expedited editing may be available for an additional fee if you need your images sooner.
7. Do you offer refunds?
All deposit fees are non-refundable once the shoot has been booked, UNLESS canceled on our behalf.
8. Can I request additional edits after receiving my photos?
Yes! Additional retouching beyond what is included in your package can be requested for an extra fee.
